Inside Prospects

Before you arrive
How do I book a cage?+–
Choose an available cage and time, then pay online. Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Unpaid selections do not block time.
What does a cage hour cost?+–
See Book for current hourly rates and Memberships for current cage passes. All households may book up to 14 days ahead.
Are you open during the day?+–
After school, on purpose. Monday–Friday 4–8 PM. Saturday–Sunday 1–8 PM, with a paid booking. Tryout requests are open for all baseball and softball age groups.
Can I rent more than one cage at the same time?+–
Yes. Book one lane or several — same start time and duration — and pay for all of them in one checkout. Coaches often take two hitting lanes, or a lane plus the fielding area.
Do you offer baseball and softball?+–
Yes. Baseball and softball both train here. Lane 7 is the dual-use machine and hitting lane. Choose baseball or softball when you add each athlete in your account.
I’m new. Where do I start?+–
Book a cage for independent practice. For coaching, start with an assessment or choose a youth lesson for players 11U and under; youth lessons do not require an assessment. See Train for current lesson and monthly-plan prices.
What if I need to cancel?+–
Cancel 48 hours ahead for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours you receive a 50% refund. Inside 24 hours there is no refund. Same window for cages, lessons, packages, and the current month of a membership. You can stop auto-renew anytime.
